Orders and availability

Website enquiries do not create a confirmed order. An order is accepted only after availability, price, delivery and payment arrangements have been confirmed directly.

Handcrafted variation

Colours, textures, marbling, placement and finishes may vary from photographs because products are handcrafted and screen displays differ.

Pricing and payment

Prices and payment instructions will be confirmed before an order is finalised. Glamorustic Designs may correct obvious pricing or description errors before acceptance.

Custom work

Resin commissions, personalised products and corporate gifting may require a deposit, approved design brief and agreed production schedule. These terms will be confirmed for each project.

Intellectual property

The Glamorustic Designs name, logo, product names, label designs, photographs, artwork and website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Product use and liability

Customers are responsible for following product directions and safety guidance. To the extent permitted by law, Glamorustic Designs is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow warnings or unauthorised alteration of a product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
