Handcrafted products

Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish are a natural part of handcrafted production and do not constitute defects. Resin pieces are individually created and no two will be identical.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within seven days of receiving an eligible unused product. Items must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging. Return courier costs may be for the customer’s account.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bath, body, fragrance and personal-care products cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Personalised, custom-made and commissioned products are not returnable for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. Approved remedies may include replacement, repair, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed using the agreed payment method after the returned item has been received and assessed where applicable.
