As many Glamorustic Designs products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary according to availability and order size. An estimated dispatch date will be confirmed when your order is accepted.

Delivery within South Africa

Orders may be sent using a reputable courier service. Delivery charges, available service levels and expected timeframes will be confirmed before payment.

Collection

Collection may be arranged by prior agreement where available. Collection details will only be provided after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. Additional delivery charges caused by incorrect information or repeated delivery attempts may be payable by the customer.

Damaged or delayed parcels

Please contact us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected period. Keep the packaging and provide clear photographs where damage is reported.
